Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Please read these terms before placing an order. They apply to every order placed on giftsforless.co.uk. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

giftsforless.co.uk is operated by Prime Dent Ltd, trading as GiftsForLess, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 15899212). Registered office: 33 Denison Close, London, N2 0JT, United Kingdom. Email: sheybat@gmail.com.

GiftsForLess is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pandora A/S or any other brand owner. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the genuine products we sell.

2. Products

All items are sold new unless the product page clearly says otherwise. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but small differences in colour may appear because of screen settings. Many items are available in a single unit only, so stock shown on the website is limited.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, and UK delivery is free. We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and pay-later options from Klarna and Clearpay (subject to their own terms), all processed through our secure payment provider. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If we discover a clear pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Your order and our contract

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if so, we will refund any payment in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free and normally takes 2–3 working days by Royal Mail. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to cancel and return an item.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights, and we will cover the return postage.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.

9. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
