Delivery
All UK orders are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail. Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
International orders
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Late or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email sheybat@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
